How hours work
- Time counts only while you're live: in OBS, while you're streaming or recording and the overlay is in the scene you're showing; in other apps, while the overlay is on screen. OBS left open between streams doesn't count.
- Hours pool across the whole month, so a 24-hour marathon one weekend and nothing the next is fine. They reset each billing month and don't roll over.
- A stream never cuts off mid-way. If you run out while live, that stream keeps going; the next one starts once you add hours or your hours reset.
- One location at a time: your overlays run wherever you started streaming first. Two PCs on the same internet connection count as one location.
Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in your library. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and it won't renew.
What happens when I change plan?
Upgrades start right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades cost nothing now: you keep this period's hours, and the new price starts with your next bill.
What if my plan ends?
Your live links pause and show nothing on stream. Your designs, PNGs and settings stay in your library, and your links work again as soon as you choose a plan.
Who handles payment?
Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payment, receipts and tax.
