Refund policy

You can try every overlay in the studio for free before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting. Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. We'll still make it right when something's wrong.

When we refund

• The item doesn't work as described, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same item.
• You request it within 14 days and haven't downloaded the files or saved a design for that item.

How to ask

Contact support with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.

What happens after a refund

Your access to that item, including browser-source links and downloads, is removed.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
