Privacy

What we collect

• Your email, to send receipts and library sign-in links, and newsletters only if you opt in.
• Orders: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• Your overlay designs: channel name, colors, text, socials and logo, so your browser sources can show them.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Twitch, your channel name and ID, plus the follows, subs, bits and raids it sends us to show on your overlays. We don't keep a Twitch login token. Disconnect anytime from the live controller.
• Basic technical data such as IP address in server logs, used to prevent abuse.

Cookies and storage

One essential cookie keeps your library open on this device. Your bag and unsaved designs are stored in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.

Who processes data for us

Hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), the payment provider you check out with, and Twitch if you connect your channel.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact us from the email on your orders.

This policy is meant to cover the Jamaica Data Protection Act 2020, the GDPR for EU and UK customers, and similar laws.
