License and terms

Personal creator license

When you buy or claim an item, you get a non-exclusive license to use it on channels and content you own or run, including monetized livestreams, VODs, clips and social posts. You can customize it as much as you like.

What you can't do

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the files or your browser-source links, edited or not.
• Use the items in work you sell to clients, such as overlay design services, without a commercial license.
• Claim the designs as your own original artwork, or register them as trademarks.

Browser-source links

Hosted overlay links are private to you. We may disable a link that's being shared publicly or used by someone else. Links stop working if an order is refunded or charged back.

Your content

You're responsible for the names, logos and text you add. Don't upload logos you don't have the right to use.

Platforms

Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and Kick are trademarks of their owners. Kinetix isn't affiliated with them, and their rules about overlays and on-screen content still apply to you.
